Senior Associate, Investment Banking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Engage in all facets of transactions, from prospect pitching to deal closure.

• Supervise the daily activities of analysts.

• Develop offering memoranda and pitch presentations.

• Conduct financial analysis and modeling.

• Generate and implement innovative marketing strategies.

• Take part in conference calls and meetings.

• Collaborate with senior deal makers to facilitate and lead client engagements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• At least 3-4 years of experience in transactions within investment banking.

• Demonstrated professionalism and client management capabilities.

• Excellent technical, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in both finance and accounting disciplines.

• Self-motivated individual capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.

• Exceptional work ethic and dedication to delivering high-quality outcomes.

• Capacity to manage high-pressure workloads during critical transaction phases.

• Ability to produce deliverables with minimal supervision.

• Expertise in financial modeling, writing, and presentation development.

• Keen attention to detail and competency in self-editing.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Skill in effectively engaging with senior executives and business owners.
