Senior Associate, Investment Banking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Engage in all facets of transactions, from prospect pitching to deal closure.

• Supervise the daily activities of analysts.

• Develop offering memoranda and pitch materials.

• Conduct financial analysis and modeling.

• Generate and implement marketing strategies.

• Participate in conference calls and meetings.

• Collaborate with senior deal makers to support and lead client engagements.

• Assist in business development, marketing initiatives, and daily operations.

• Ensure high-quality deliverables for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Self-review work and maintain a keen attention to detail.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in investment banking transactions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated professionalism and client management abilities.

• Strong technical, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Competency in both finance and accounting.

• Driven self-starter who thrives in both independent and collaborative environments.

• Exceptional work ethic and dedication to delivering high-quality outcomes.

• Capability to manage high-pressure workloads during critical transaction phases.

• Ability to produce deliverables with minimal supervision.

• Proficient in financial modeling, writing, and presentation skills.

• Outstanding attention to detail.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Capacity to effectively engage with senior executives and business owners.
