Senior Associate, Investment Banking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Engage in all facets of transactions, from pitching to potential clients to finalizing deals.

• Supervise the daily activities of analysts.

• Develop offering memoranda and pitch presentations.

• Conduct financial analysis and create financial models.

• Generate and implement marketing strategies.

• Participate in conference calls and various meetings.

• Collaborate with senior deal makers to aid and lead client engagements.

• Contribute to business development, marketing initiatives, and daily operations.

• Ensure high-quality deliverables for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Self-review work and maintain a strong focus on detail.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in investment banking transactions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

• Professionalism and strong client management skills.

• Excellent technical, written, and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficiency in both finance and accounting.

• Motivated self-starter who thrives in both independent and collaborative settings.

• Strong work ethic and dedication to delivering high-quality outcomes.

• Capability to manage high-pressure workloads during critical transaction phases.

• Ability to produce deliverables with minimal supervision.

• Skilled in financial modeling, as well as writing and presentation skills to support transactions.

• Articulate with outstanding communication capabilities.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Ability to effectively engage with senior executives and business owners.
