Senior Associate, Investment Banking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Engage in all phases of transactions, from prospect pitching to deal closure.

• Supervise the daily tasks of analysts.

• Develop offering memoranda and pitch books.

• Conduct financial analysis and modeling.

• Initiate and implement marketing strategies.

• Participate in conference calls and meetings.

• Collaborate with senior deal makers to support and lead client engagements.

• Assist in business development, marketing initiatives, and daily operations.

• Deliver top-quality outputs for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Review and edit own work while maintaining a keen attention to detail.

• 3-4 years of experience in investment banking transactions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Professional demeanor and client management abilities.

• Strong technical, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in both finance and accounting disciplines.

• Self-motivated individual capable of working independently as well as in team settings.

• Exceptional work ethic and dedication to producing high-quality results.

• Capacity to manage high-pressure workloads during critical transaction phases.

• Ability to drive deliverables with minimal supervision.

• Expertise in financial modeling, writing, and presentation capabilities.

• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to self-edit.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
