Senior Associate, Investment Banking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Engage in all facets of transactions, from prospect pitching to deal closure.

• Supervise the daily activities of analysts.

• Prepare offering memoranda and pitch books.

• Conduct financial analysis and modeling.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies.

• Participate in conference calls and meetings.

• Collaborate with senior deal makers to support and lead client engagements.

• Assist in business development, marketing efforts, and daily operations.

• Deliver top-quality outputs for both internal and external stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 3–4 years of experience in investment banking transactions.

• Strong professionalism and client management capabilities.

• Excellent technical, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in both finance and accounting.

• Self-motivated individual capable of working independently as well as in a team setting.

• Exceptional work ethic and dedication to achieving high-quality results.

• Ability to manage high-pressure workloads during critical transaction periods.

• Competence in driving deliverables with minimal supervision.

• Proficient in financial modeling, writing, and presentation skills.

• Keen attention to detail and ability to self-review.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Capacity to effectively engage with senior executives and business owners.
