Senior Associate, Investment Banking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Engage in all facets of transactions, from identifying prospects to finalizing deals.

• Supervise daily activities of analysts.

• Develop offering memoranda and pitch books.

• Conduct financial analysis and modeling.

• Generate and implement marketing strategies.

• Take part in conference calls and meetings.

• Collaborate with senior deal makers to assist and lead client engagements.

• Aid in business development, marketing initiatives, and daily operations.

• Ensure high-quality deliverables for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Self-review work and maintain a keen eye for detail.

• Candidates must reside in the greater Chicago area.

• 3-4 years of experience in investment banking transactions.

• Strong professionalism and client management abilities.

• Excellent technical, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in both finance and accounting disciplines.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Driven self-starter capable of thriving in both independent and team settings.

• Exceptional work ethic and dedication to delivering high-quality results.

• Ability to manage high-pressure workloads during critical transaction periods.

• Competence in delivering results with minimal supervision.

• Proficient in financial modeling, writing, and presentation skills.

• Clear and articulate communicator with outstanding communication capabilities.

• Remarkable attention to detail.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Ability to effectively engage with senior executives and business owners.
