Senior Associate, Investment Banking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Engage in all phases of transactions, from prospecting to deal closure

• Supervise the daily activities of analysts

• Develop offering memoranda and pitch books

• Conduct financial analysis and modeling

• Generate and implement marketing strategies

• Participate in conference calls and meetings

• Collaborate with senior deal makers to support and lead client engagements

• Drive business development and marketing initiatives

• Contribute to the daily operations

• Ensure high-quality deliverables for both internal and external stakeholders

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in investment banking transactions

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline

• Professional demeanor and client management expertise

• Excellent technical, written, and verbal communication abilities

• Proficiency in finance and accounting concepts

• Self-motivated individual capable of working independently as well as within a team

• Strong work ethic and dedication to delivering high-quality results

• Capacity to manage high-pressure workloads during critical transaction periods

• Ability to produce deliverables with minimal supervision

• Expertise in financial modeling, writing, and presentation skills

• Exceptional attention to detail and self-editing capability

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

• Ability to effectively communicate with senior executives and business owners
