Senior Associate, Investment Banking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Engage in every phase of transactions, from prospect pitching to deal closure.

• Supervise the daily responsibilities of analysts.

• Develop offering memoranda and pitch books.

• Conduct financial analysis and modeling.

• Generate and implement marketing strategies.

• Take part in conference calls and meetings.

• Collaborate with senior deal makers to facilitate and lead client engagements.

• Assist in driving business development and marketing initiatives.

• Contribute to the daily operations of the team.

• Ensure exceptional deliverables for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Review and refine work while maintaining a keen attention to detail.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in investment banking transactions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

• Strong professionalism and client management abilities.

• Excellent technical, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Competence in both finance and accounting.

• Self-motivated individual capable of working independently as well as within a team.

• Exceptional work ethic and dedication to achieving high-quality outcomes.

• Capability to manage high-pressure workloads during critical transaction phases.

• Ability to drive deliverables with minimal supervision.

• Proficiency in financial modeling, writing, and presentation tasks.

• Articulate with exceptionally strong communication abilities.

• Remarkable attention to detail.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Ability to effectively engage with senior executives and business owners.
