Senior Associate, Investment Banking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Engage in all facets of transactions, from prospect pitching to deal closure.

• Supervise the daily activities of analysts.

• Develop offering memorandums and pitch presentations.

• Conduct financial analysis and modeling.

• Generate and implement marketing strategies.

• Take part in conference calls and meetings.

• Collaborate with senior deal makers to assist and lead client engagements.

• Aid in business development, marketing initiatives, and daily operations.

• Ensure high-quality deliverables for both internal and external stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• At least 3–4 years of transaction experience in investment banking.

• Professional demeanor and client management capabilities.

• Strong technical, written, and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficiencies in both finance and accounting disciplines.

• Self-motivated individual capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

• Exceptional work ethic and dedication to delivering high-quality results.

• Capacity to manage high-pressure workloads during critical transaction periods.

• Ability to drive deliverables with minimal supervision.

• Expertise in financial modeling, writing, and presentation techniques.

• Excellent attention to detail and self-editing skills.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Capability to effectively engage with senior executives and business owners.
