📋 Description

• Oversee project work streams by employing Huron tools and methodologies, cutting-edge analytics, and technologies.

• Develop and execute intricate, all-encompassing solutions for clients.

• Work collaboratively with client personnel and leadership teams.

• Provide management and mentorship to junior Huron personnel.

• Design and implement effective solutions.

• Assist higher education institutions in formulating strategies and executing solutions.

• Enhance organizational efficiency, student outcomes, technology deployment, resource and investment alignment, research operations, financial management, operational and organizational effectiveness, research administration, and adherence to regulatory standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• U.S. work authorization is mandatory.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.

• At least 3 years of professional experience in research administration, clinical research, healthcare, or compliance, and/or experience in the consulting sector.

• Willingness and capability to travel 50% of the time.

• Experience in an Institutional Review Board (IRB)/Human Research Protections Program (HRPP) office within a university, hospital, or research institute.

• Certified IRB Professional (CIP) designation.

• Background in research administration, research strategy/transformation, research operations, and/or regulatory compliance.

• Previous experience in consulting roles.
