This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Oversee and coordinate digital merchandising requests, ensuring that requirements are accurately documented, prioritized, and directed for execution.
• Facilitate the setup and onboarding of new items for EMEA markets, from the initial item creation to achieving digital shelf readiness across international retailer and syndication platforms.
• Manage project workflows and deliverables in Jira, ensuring visibility of priorities, timelines, dependencies, and pending actions.
• Guarantee that product content is accurate, comprehensive, and ready for retailers during product launches and to meet customer requirements.
• Assist with content syndication and retailer onboarding throughout EMEA retail and marketplace partners.
• Collaborate with Brand, Sales, Supply Chain, eCommerce, IT, and international teams across EMEA and North America.
• Track content and project readiness, identifying any data gaps, workflow challenges, and launch risks.
• Implement digital merchandising best practices and content standards.
• Resolve issues related to product content, data, workflow, and digital shelf.
• Aid in the maintenance and ongoing enhancement of digital merchandising tools, processes, and workflows.
• Provide updates on project and segment status.
• Cultivate expertise in EMEA retailer requirements, regional market characteristics, and international digital merchandising processes.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in eCommerce, Digital Merchandising, Content Operations, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in digital merchandising, content syndication, e-commerce operations, product content, project coordination, or related areas.
• Familiarity with eCommerce merchandising practices, digital shelf requirements, product content, and the processes involved in bringing products to market across digital channels.
• Experience with Product Experience Management (PXM) and digital content platforms; Salsify is preferred.
• Proficiency in Salsify, Syndigo, Stibo, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Workfront, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of product data and content flows through PXM, syndication, retailer, and marketplace ecosystems.
• Prior experience in supporting international new item setup, product launches, content syndication, and retailer onboarding across EMEA or other international markets within CPG, consumer durables, retail, or related environments is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities, workflows, and deadlines effectively.
• Ability to analyze merchandising and content issues, identify root causes, and suggest practical solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across business, technology, and commercial teams.
