This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and cultivate trust-based relationships with newly onboarded firms.
• Create and oversee comprehensive integration project plans that encompass technology, processes, and policies.
• Manage the migration of technology platforms associated with operations, trading, and client reporting.
• Facilitate the transition of billing, trading, reconciliation, and client PMS data.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders throughout the acquisition and integration phases.
• Design and implement training programs on new systems and processes for staff from acquired firms.
• Track project progress, user adoption, and success metrics using KPIs.
• Proactively resolve issues and enhance processes.
• Identify and manage integration risks while developing mitigation strategies.
• Maintain detailed, current project plans, timelines, status reports, and other essential documentation.
• Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders from acquired firms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related area.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to achieve results in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• 2–5 years of experience in financial services, ideally within a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) context.
• 2–5 years of experience with Orion or similar Portfolio Management System (PMS) platforms.
• Knowledge of Mariner’s technology platforms and operational workflows.
• Familiarity with financial systems and tools related to trading, reconciliation, and client reporting.
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities, with a sharp attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with effective problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel.
• Capacity to work collaboratively across functions and engage with senior leadership.
