Senior Associate, Business Operations, Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +16 more locations.

📋 Description

• Participate in the central Business Operations & Analytics team while integrating into growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships.

• Take ownership of the analytical functions for a business unit from start to finish.

• Identify business challenges, formulate inquiries, and make decisions prior to conducting analyses.

• Establish metrics, create reports, perform analyses, design experiments, and extract data insights.

• Provide recommendations to counterparts in product, growth, finance, and operations.

• Clarify what is occurring, the reasons behind it, and propose recommended actions.

• Propel significant initiatives and outcomes throughout the business.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders to influence choices and meet business objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in a consulting firm, investment bank, or rapidly growing technology company.

• Exceptional analytical capabilities.

• Proficient in independently extracting, structuring, and interpreting data.

• Proven ability to tackle ambiguous challenges and deliver impactful results.

• Strong, persuasive communication abilities.

• Capacity to influence decisions at the executive level.

• Proficient with SQL or Python.

• Authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada.

• Must currently reside in an eligible location: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada.
