Senior Associate, BizOps – Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +16 more locations.

📋 Description

• Advocate for data-driven decision-making across essential business initiatives, including carrier expansion and the development of new products from inception to launch.

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and business development teams to incorporate customer performance insights into strategies for user and partner acquisition.

• Oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of A/B tests on both new and existing features.

• Derive key insights to guide product and business strategies effectively.

• Identify and test drivers to foster profitable and scalable user acquisition and partnership growth.

• Spot opportunities for automating manual processes and enhancing operational efficiency.

• Utilize advanced machine learning models for comprehensive analyses and insight extraction.

• Manage metrics, design A/B tests, and assess the real-world performance of strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitatively or intellectually challenging field.

• Minimum of 2 years of management consulting experience from a prestigious firm (preferred firms include McKinsey, Bain, and Boston Consulting Group) or applicable experience in business analysis/operations.

• High proficiency in SQL and/or performing complex data analyses.

• Strong problem-solving skills and first-principles thinking framework.

• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse audience, from front-line employees to C-suite executives.

• Must be able to work as a full-time salaried employee while residing in an eligible location in the United States or Ontario, Canada.

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada is required.
