This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of updating existing articles and creating new ones to ensure the knowledge base content remains accurate and relevant as the Qualified platform advances.

• Develop content that follows best practices for QSAs, administrators, and partners.

• Convert product knowledge into straightforward and practical educational materials.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Enablement, and Customer Success teams to anticipate platform changes and identify content requirements.

• Maintain and revise partner certification tracks within Qualified University.

• Engage with the community by sharing product updates, answering member inquiries, and encouraging participation within the Qualified customer community.

• Serve as a subject matter expert on the content of Qualified University.

• Ensure that resources are well-organized, accessible, and beneficial for customers at every stage of their journey.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in Mid Market/Enterprise software.

• Previous experience in customer success, customer education, or a related customer-facing position.

• Familiarity with the Qualified platform is highly advantageous.

• Exceptional written communication abilities.

• Capability to create clear and practical content tailored for a practitioner audience.

• Highly organized, with the skill to manage a significant volume of ongoing content updates across an extensive library.

• Excellent problem-solving skills.

• Comfort with delving deeply into product functionality to effectively communicate it to a customer audience.

• Experience with content or course authoring tools is a plus.

• An interest in community engagement is a plus.

• Willingness to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with diverse responsibilities.

• A Bachelor's degree.

• A strong passion for empowering customers to succeed with software solutions.
