This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.
• Design, test, and sustain full stack applications, workflows, and associated services within the Palantir Foundry platform.
• Create user-facing features, backend logic, and workflow capabilities for enterprise applications in finance, supply chain, operations, engineering, and strategic planning.
• Convert user stories and functional requirements into technical implementations.
• Aid in the development of batch and near-real-time data pipelines that integrate legacy enterprise systems into Foundry.
• Execute data transformations, validations, and quality assurance checks.
• Ensure development aligns with ontology models, governance standards, and integration methodologies.
• Produce clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Engage in unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and defect resolution.
• Contribute to enhancements for both frontend and backend, including UI components, APIs, pipeline logic, and workflow automation.
• Take part in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, demos, and retrospectives.
• Provide updates on task status, identify obstacles, and assist in meeting delivery commitments.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, architects, developers, security, infrastructure, and operations teams.
• Ensure compliant and reliable deployment processes.
• Adhere to enterprise architecture standards, secure development practices, and platform development guidelines.
• Cultivate expertise in Palantir Foundry frameworks, ontology-driven application development, and enterprise data integration patterns.
• Utilize modern development tools, including AI-assisted engineering tools when applicable.
• Enhance technical knowledge in software engineering, data engineering, and platform-based application delivery.
• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2 years of relevant prior experience.
• Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of related experience.
• Alternatively, a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Proficiency in developing software applications using Python, Java, TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• Experience in full stack software development, encompassing frontend, backend services, APIs, and data-driven applications.
• Familiarity with relational or non-relational databases, data transformation logic, and system integration.
• Understanding of version control, code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and CI/CD principles.
• Experience working in agile development settings and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Palantir Foundry, including pipelines, Code Repositories, Workshop, Operational Applications, or ontology-based development.
• Experience in building or maintaining enterprise data pipelines, ETL processes, or application integrations across various systems.
• Knowledge of frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Experience with backend/API development and scripting in Python or Java.
• Understanding of cloud platforms, DevOps practices, containerization, or infrastructure automation.
• Exposure to AI/ML-enabled workflows, analytics applications, or data products.
• Experience in regulated sectors such as defense, aerospace, manufacturing, finance, or healthcare.
