This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +1 more state.
• Take full ownership of the Apple Search Ads strategy for Spark and Calendars, covering all aspects from keyword research and campaign structure to bidding, budget allocation, and expansion across various markets.
• Regularly test and refine campaigns to meet targeted CPA/ROAS and volume objectives.
• Lead the App Store Optimization strategy, which includes keyword research, optimizing metadata, localization, creative assets, and conducting experiments on product pages.
• Keep track of rankings, category placements, competitor activities, and changes in the App Store algorithm, translating insights into actionable plans.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Marketing, and Data/Analytics teams to ensure ASA/ASO initiatives are aligned with growth and monetization objectives.
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards, providing insights on spend, installs, CPA, conversion rates, keyword rankings, and overall ASA/ASO performance.
• Oversee budgets across multiple markets, prioritizing investment based on performance metrics and opportunities.
• Stay updated on the latest Apple ad platform developments, App Store policy changes, and industry best practices.
• A minimum of 4 years of direct experience managing Apple Search Ads campaigns at scale, preferably for consumer mobile applications.
• Demonstrated expertise in App Store Optimization, including familiarity with keyword research tools like AppTweak, Sensor Tower, FoxData, or similar platforms.
• Experience in optimizing metadata and conducting creative testing.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Proficient in using App Store Connect, MMPs such as Adjust or AppsFlyer, and BI tools.
• Experience managing significant advertising budgets and campaigns across multiple markets.
• Understanding of mobile app funnels, LTV, CPA, user acquisition, and monetization strategies.
• Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to present findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams.
