Senior Artificial Intelligence Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and implement advanced systems that address significant business and customer challenges.

• Collaborate closely with software engineers, product managers, data scientists, and domain experts.

• Construct dependable, scalable, and production-ready AI solutions.

• Create tools that support essential benefit programs for United States Veterans and their families.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in software engineering, machine learning engineering, or a comparable technical position.

• More than 3 years of proficiency in Python and a solid understanding of software development best practices.

• At least 3 years of experience with generative AI and large language models.

• Knowledge of APIs, cloud platforms, databases, version control, testing, and CI/CD processes.

• Required Tools/Technologies: AWS Bedrock, Artificial Intelligence Optical Character Recognition (OCR), Docker, Amazon SageMaker, and JupyterLab.

• Comprehension of machine-learning principles, model evaluation, and data preparation techniques.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.

• Familiarity with Salesforce and MuleSoft.

• Experience with generative AI and large language models.

• Proficient in frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, or similar technologies.

• Experience with vector databases and retrieval systems.

• Knowledge of MLOps, model monitoring, and scalable inference systems.

• Understanding of responsible AI, data privacy, and AI security protocols.

• Proven experience in delivering AI solutions from initial prototype to full production.
