This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Define the technical architecture of Liferay solutions, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and alignment with client standards.
• Technically lead developments and guide teams through all project phases.
• Prepare effort estimates for design, development, maintenance, and issue resolution.
• Participate in the definition of requirements, functional analysis, and technical designs.
• Define and construct data models.
• Plan tasks, track progress, and report on status and execution forecasts.
• Define test cases, support the QA team, and validate implementations.
• Review technical documentation and ensure compliance with standards.
• Consolidate, share, and apply technical and methodological knowledge.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and business areas to identify needs and propose solutions.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Liferay Architect in complex projects and critical environments.
• Solid experience in the architecture, design, and implementation of solutions based on Liferay DXP.
• Deep knowledge of the product and its internal architecture.
• Valid Liferay certifications.
• Experience leading development teams technically in new construction projects, maintenance, and incident management.
• Ability to perform estimates, technical analyses, and define solutions aligned with business needs.
• Experience with clients or projects of high complexity, especially in large organizations.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to liaise with clients, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• A proactive, dynamic, assertive, and results-oriented profile.
• Experience with components and integrations on Liferay DXP will be valued.
• Experience in enterprise application integration and service-based architectures will be valued.
• Knowledge of React will be valued.
• Experience in large-scale corporate portal architectures will be valued.
• Advanced Liferay certifications and continuous product updates will be valued.
• Experience with agile methodologies will be valued.
• Technical leadership, mentoring, and team management experience will be valued.
• Experience in projects within the insurance sector will be valued.
• C1 level of English is desirable for oral and written communication in international environments.
