This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Formulate and implement strategies for territory expansion that enhance sales, increase market share, and boost customer engagement.
• Establish and nurture relationships with dealers, independent door shops, and channel partners within the designated territory.
• Identify, recruit, onboard, and empower new dealer partners.
• Generate demand and stimulate sales by influencing product specifications, recommendations, and adoption.
• Assist dealer partners in broadening their product range, enhancing sell-through, and improving overall business performance.
• Provide product training, solution-based selling programs, and educational resources on value propositions to dealer sales teams and installers.
• Aid in the launch of new products, promotional initiatives, and premium product programs.
• Collaborate with distribution sales teams and commercial partners to develop coordinated market strategies.
• Work alongside Sales Enablement, Channel Marketing, Product Management, and Regional Sales teams.
• Utilize CRM systems and sales tools to manage opportunities, monitor customer activity, and assess performance.
• Keep track of market conditions, competitive activities, customer trends, and dealer performance.
• Assist in lead management and the conversion of opportunities.
• Provide dealers with valuable market insights, tools, and resources.
• Conduct business reviews and deliver sales presentations.
• Act as a trusted local market expert and advocate for customers as well as Owens Corning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in direct sales, account management, business development, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain robust customer relationships.
• Experience in driving sales growth, developing market strategies, and initiatives that enhance customer engagement.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship management abilities.
• Capacity to sway customer decisions through consultative and value-driven selling techniques.
• Strong organizational and territory management capabilities.
• Proficient in analyzing market data, customer trends, and business performance to guide decision-making.
• Self-driven with the capability to work autonomously in a field-based setting.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.
• Preferred: Experience collaborating with dealers, distributors, channel partners, or independent retail organizations.
• Preferred: Background in building materials, doors, millwork, construction products, or related sectors.
• Preferred: Experience in supporting product launches, promotional campaigns, and market activation efforts.
• Preferred: Familiarity with CRM and lead management systems to oversee customer interactions and sales prospects.
• Preferred: Experience in cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Enablement teams.
