This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +2 more states.
• Propel profitable expansion through designated accounts by fostering enduring, value-generating commercial alliances.
• Take ownership of commercial relationships within the territory, being accountable for revenue performance, opportunity development, and execution.
• Oversee account revenue growth, product assortment, and profit margins.
• Act as the primary contact for all account-related inquiries.
• Ensure visibility into the sales pipeline, prioritize opportunities, and maintain forecasting discipline through effective CRM usage.
• Recognize revenue or execution risks and formulate mitigation strategies.
• Spearhead account and territory business planning, opportunity assessment, prioritization, and execution.
• Create strategies that balance immediate outcomes with the long-term development of partnerships.
• Anticipate projects and customer requirements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Implement deal management and channel governance to secure value capture.
• Maintain CRM records of account plans, opportunities, customer interactions, and commercial insights.
• Organize and deliver training sessions on Owens Corning Door brands, products, and systems.
• Empower customer teams to independently address field service and product issues.
• Lead account discovery initiatives and provide product solutions aligned with customer applications and goals.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of Owens Corning Doors brands, products, and systems.
• Collaborate with Market and Builder Activation to cultivate down-channel relationships and stimulate market demand.
• Communicate activation-driven opportunities to wholesale partners to facilitate pull-through.
• Transform customer and market insights into actionable internal feedback.
• Align customer intelligence and CRM data with commercial strategies and strategic objectives.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the building materials or construction sector.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is mandatory.
• A strong mindset for account ownership and the ability to influence key stakeholders.
• Proven expertise in business planning, opportunity management, and commercial judgment.
• Ability to operate independently in a field-based role with significant accountability.
• High product aptitude and the capability to convey technical details as customer value.
• Effective and concise communicator skilled in crafting compelling narratives from complex information.
