This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define and advance the long-term architectural strategy for Pax8's revenue technology framework.
• Design and oversee integrations between customer relationship management, marketing automation, event management, and internal business systems.
• Lead architectural assessments for key strategic initiatives.
• Assess configuration, customization, and third-party solution alternatives.
• Collaborate with business leaders, administrators, developers, and operational teams to convert requirements into technical designs.
• Establish architectural standards pertaining to data design, security, integration patterns, governance, and platform lifecycle management.
• Promote enterprise-wide data governance practices.
• Offer technical leadership, coaching, and mentorship to Salesforce, marketing technology, and revenue operations teams.
• Identify opportunities for platform modernization, reduction of technical debt, and enhancement of operational efficiency.
• Serve as the escalation point for intricate cross-platform challenges.
• Monitor vendor roadmaps and emerging technologies.
• Ensure that architectural decisions comply with security standards, regulatory requirements, and data protection practices.
• Assist Pax8 in developing a managed intelligence marketplace that equips small businesses with smarter technology.
• Extensive experience in designing and architecting enterprise-scale customer relationship management and marketing technology ecosystems.
• In-depth expertise with Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud and Configure, Price, Quote solutions.
• Strong background in designing complex marketing automation environments and supporting lead management strategies.
• Proven success in integrating event management platforms into larger revenue technology architectures.
• Demonstrated capability to design secure, scalable integrations using APIs, middleware, and integration platforms.
• Solid understanding of enterprise data modeling, governance, quality management, and system interoperability.
• Experience in driving platform delivery standards, release governance, and modern DevOps practices.
• Ability to lead technical design discussions and influence decision-making among various business and technical stakeholders.
• Outstanding communication skills with a knack for translating complex concepts into business-oriented outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent mix of education and practical experience.
• Valid authorization to work in the United States.
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or Salesforce Application/System Architect certifications (preferred).
• Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer (preferred).
• Adobe Marketo Certified Expert (preferred).
