📋 Description

• Oversee the design, setup, and improvement of enterprise systems and integrations.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and functional teams to convert business needs into scalable technical solutions.

• Document designs, configurations, and their impact.

• Lead intricate troubleshooting and root-cause analysis across applications, integrations, and data flows.

• Implement corrective and preventive measures to reduce disruptions.

• Create and maintain standards, guidelines, and reusable configurations for information systems.

• Promote best practices, security, and compliance.

• Plan and manage system changes, releases, and upgrades.

• Coordinate testing processes with cross-functional teams and conduct post-implementation validations.

• Examine usage patterns, performance metrics, and stakeholder feedback to pinpoint opportunities for process automation, workflow optimization, and feature enhancements.

• Mentor colleagues and partner teams on system capabilities, configuration options, and operational protocols.

• Contribute to knowledge sharing and ongoing improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• 8+ years of experience in information systems, enterprise applications, or a related technology position supporting business-critical platforms.

• Proven experience in designing, configuring, and supporting complex enterprise applications or platforms (e.g., HR, finance, CRM, ITSM, or similar systems) in a high-paced environment.

• Background in working with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, and deliver system changes from conception to implementation.

• Experience in analyzing system issues and data flows to formulate remediation plans, process enhancements, or automation possibilities.
