Product Manager – Billing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee the transfer of customer funds from their arrival or departure until they reach the customer’s bank account.

• Collaborate closely with billing managers and the development team.

• Streamline deposit funnel steps and implement payment methods tailored to specific countries.

• Enhance the success rates of transactions.

• Manage the timing of withdrawals and offer clear status updates.

• Reduce inquiries regarding the status of funds.

• Onboard and replace payment providers as necessary.

• Oversee payment routing and cascading processes.

• Integrate local payment options for emerging markets.

• Monitor domain-specific metrics and perform experiments with control groups.

• Define user stories and create quarterly roadmaps.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in billing and payments, including integrating payment providers and diverse payment methods.

• Knowledge of deposit and withdrawal processes, transaction statuses, payment cascading, and routing.

• Experience in high-risk industries, such as billing for Forex brokers or other sectors involving multiple providers and countries.

• Familiarity with regulatory payment frameworks: KYC/AML, limits, and requirements across various jurisdictions.

• Proficiency in key payment metrics, including approval rates, conversion rates for initial and repeat deposits, and withdrawal success rates.

• Practical experience with data analysis: SQL, metrics, cohorts, A/B testing.

• Utilization of AI tools in daily operations.

• Native Russian speaker with English proficiency at a B2 level or higher.
