ERP Testing, Billing Analyst – Temporary

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist in the implementation of Oracle ERP, concentrating on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Parallel Testing for business billing scenarios.

• Collaborate with teams from Billing, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Operations, IT, and ERP project resources to document business scenarios.

• Carry out UAT test scripts, document outcomes, gather supporting evidence, and verify the functionality and billing results of Oracle ERP.

• Confirm billing transactions by comparing anticipated results with Oracle ERP outputs, investigating discrepancies, and reporting variances.

• Analyze billing calculations, customer invoice outputs, contract/project billing scenarios, adjustments, and the downstream effects on Accounts Receivable and reporting.

• Record testing defects, including details of scenarios, evidence, expected versus actual outcomes, business impact, and results of retests.

• Collaborate with consultants, IT, project managers, business subject matter experts (SMEs), and production billing leaders to address testing issues and facilitate business sign-off.

• Aid in the documentation of future-state billing processes, job aids, testing evidence, issue-resolution notes, and materials for business readiness.

• Provide updates regarding testing activities, risks, unresolved defects, retesting progress, and concerns related to business readiness.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, information technology, healthcare administration, or a related field is preferred.

• At least 2 years of experience in billing, revenue operations, ERP, finance operations, project accounting, staffing operations, or related business processes is preferred.

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in supporting UAT, Parallel Testing, system implementation, billing validation, or operational readiness activities is required.

• Familiarity with Oracle ERP, Oracle Fusion, PPM, Contracts, or Project Billing is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Strong analytical capabilities with the proficiency to review detailed billing outputs, identify discrepancies, investigate root causes, and document findings clearly.

• Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with testing trackers, issue logs, shared files, and project management tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of conveying business issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Outstanding organizational skills, diligence, follow-through, and the ability to manage several testing priorities in a dynamic project environment.

• Knowledge of the staffing industry, particularly within the healthcare sector, is highly desirable.
