Senior Application Support – Maintenance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Provide dependable IT services throughout the Deployment, Operations, Maintenance, and Continuous Improvement lifecycle phases.

• Implement vendor application packages following formal Change Management procedures.

• Diagnose and resolve P1–P4 technical and functional incidents within defined SLAs.

• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) efforts.

• Perform database queries, data fixes, and configuration changes to ensure seamless shop-floor operations.

• Keep systems in a fully validated GxP state according to CSV policies and documentation standards.

• Collaborate with infrastructure teams, software vendors, and cross-functional plant stakeholders to address interface and platform dependencies.

• Ensure precise ticket tracking and documentation management in ServiceNow.

• Deliver advanced L2/L3 application support and uphold application operational stability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced to Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1/C2 or equivalent).

• At least 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, packaging, engineering, or supply chain sectors within the Pharma or Life Sciences industry.

• Practical experience with MES, Serialization/Track & Trace, Label Management, Barcode Tracking, or Supply Chain Control systems.

• Comprehensive understanding of GxP regulations, Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and Computer Systems Validation (CSV) lifecycle principles.

• Strong proficiency with MS Windows Server 2016+ and MS SQL Server 2016+, including query analysis, data maintenance, and troubleshooting.

• Experience in administering middleware and application servers, including Red Hat JBoss EAP, Apache Tomcat, or IIS.

• Familiarity with handling XML, SOAP UI, and REST interface protocols.

• Demonstrated experience in L2/L3 application lifecycle management, incident/problem resolution, and change management workflows (ITIL / ServiceNow).

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience, with a minimum of 5+ years of overall IT experience.

• Nice-to-have: Experience with Rockwell Automation FactoryTalk ProductionCentre / MES PharmSuite, Kubernetes, containerized environments, cloud solutions, PowerShell, Bash, Python, and ITIL Foundation certification.
