This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Collaborate with business leaders to create technology roadmaps and solution strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Assess emerging technologies, AI capabilities, and existing platforms for opportunities in innovation, modernization, and business value.
• Lead the architectural and design initiatives for enterprise applications, integrations, and digital solutions.
• Act as the main technology liaison among Legal, Privacy, Compliance, Government Affairs, Humana Foundation, and Corporate Communications.
• Promote the adoption of AI-enabled solutions, ensuring appropriate governance, security, and responsible usage practices.
• Guarantee adherence to Enterprise Information Protection (EIP), cybersecurity, privacy, and regulatory standards.
• Provide technical guidance in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex application and production support challenges.
• Partner with enterprise architecture, security, infrastructure, and delivery teams to implement scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
• Conduct technical planning, architecture development, and modification of specifications.
• Create specifications for new products, services, applications, and service offerings.
• Evaluate the compatibility and integration of proposed standard products and services across interconnected applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Over 7 years of experience in application architecture, solution architecture, or enterprise technology leadership.
• Capability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across various business functions.
• Experience in evaluating enterprise software platforms, cloud technologies, integration solutions, and contemporary application architectures.
• Strong knowledge of AI technologies, governance practices, and their practical business applications.
• Experience in supporting information security, data governance, privacy, and Enterprise Information Protection (EIP) requirements.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues while prioritizing business needs.
• Exceptional communication, relationship management, and leadership abilities.
• Access to home internet service with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.
