This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Provide support to Legal, Privacy, Compliance, Government Affairs, Humana Foundation, and Corporate Communications.
• Engage in technical planning and architecture development while modifying specifications as needed.
• Create specifications for new products, services, applications, and service offerings.
• Evaluate the compatibility and integration of proposed standard products and services.
• Formulate technology roadmaps and solution strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Analyze emerging technologies, AI capabilities, and legacy platforms for innovation, modernization, and business value.
• Lead architecture and design initiatives for enterprise applications, integrations, and digital solutions.
• Act as the primary technology liaison across corporate affairs functions.
• Promote the adoption of AI-enabled solutions with suitable governance, security, and responsible-use practices.
• Ensure adherence to EIP, cybersecurity, privacy, and regulatory standards.
• Offer technical leadership in triaging, troubleshooting, and resolving complex application and production support challenges.
• Collaborate with enterprise architecture, security, infrastructure, and delivery teams to develop scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
• Occasionally travel to Humana offices for training or meetings.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Over 7 years of experience in application architecture, solution architecture, or enterprise technology leadership.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across various business functions.
• Experience in evaluating enterprise software platforms, cloud technologies, integration solutions, and contemporary application architectures.
• Strong comprehension of AI technologies, governance practices, and practical business applications.
• Familiarity with supporting information security, data governance, privacy, and Enterprise Information Protection (EIP) requirements.
• Proficient in diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues while balancing business priorities.
• Exceptional communication, relationship management, and leadership abilities.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• Must have self-provided internet service with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed.
• Capability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to safeguard member PHI / HIPAA information.
