This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Data & Analytics Developers to realize the vision and roadmap established by the Data & Analytics Manager.

• Engage with stakeholders across NEC to convert business requirements into scalable, efficient, and user-friendly solutions.

• Contribute to data discovery and the design of data models for analytical initiatives.

• Create and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.

• Develop and automate workflows using Power Automate to enhance and streamline business processes.

• Build and deploy custom business applications with Power Apps.

• Maintain reporting datasets and data flows.

• Document and enhance the analytical reporting delivery process.

• Work together with team members to ensure compliance and security of reporting assets.

• Keep an eye on industry trends and emerging technologies related to Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint, and suggest improvements.

• Identify new opportunities for influence within the Data & Analytics division.


⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in Power BI Development, including DAX queries, Power Query, and data modeling.

• Proficiency in the development of Power Apps and Power Automate.

• Strong interest in data analytics and workflow automation.

• Exceptional diligence and critical thinking abilities.

• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

• Willingness and ability to travel throughout the UK as necessary.

• Knowledge of Power Tools: Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

• Experience in creating reports and dashboards and utilizing M Query.

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint and Teams.

• Exposure to AI concepts or a readiness to learn.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to explain complex situations to both end users and technical staff.

• Must possess a valid right to work and travel within the UK; documentary evidence required.

• Offers are subject to satisfactory vetting, references, and occupational health checks.

• A DBS check may be necessary depending on the role.

• Desirable experience with MS Fabric, Azure Data Services, Salesforce, SAP ECC Business Warehouse, or Dynamics CRM.

• Commitment to acquiring new technologies.

• Knowledge of Python, T-SQL, and Excel Scripting.
