Senior Analytics Engineer – GTM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Lead the GTM data strategy to develop scalable and robust data products.

• Create and sustain essential data pipelines and marts that support company-wide GTM metrics, such as headcount, quota attainment, and pipeline.

• Develop trustworthy dashboards that monitor key metrics and provide insights throughout the organization.

• Collaborate with GTM analyst teams to educate and empower them on the datasets and data tools.

• Produce documentation and tutorials.

• Operate across the entire analytics stack, from conducting ad hoc analyses and reports to designing pipelines.

• Create semantic models and perform evaluations to enhance AI tools that enable sales operators to query business data in natural language.

• Utilize AI-assisted development tools while ensuring that code, models, and documentation remain clean and manageable.

• Convey complex data concepts through technical specifications, dashboards, and presentations to align teams on metrics and definitions.

• Report to the Director of Business Intelligence within a centralized global analytics and data engineering team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in data engineering, data analytics, or analytics engineering.

• In-depth knowledge of data modeling and data warehouse design.

• Advanced SQL proficiency.

• Familiarity with columnar analytics databases such as Snowflake and BigQuery.

• Expert understanding of Salesforce’s data model and other GTM systems.

• Experience with dbt and Git.

• Proficiency with business intelligence tools; experience with Hex is a plus.

• Experience collaborating with sales, sales operations, sales compensation, and finance teams.

• Experience utilizing AI tools for data, including semantic models, context management systems, and evaluations.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Ability to manage projects independently.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication capabilities.

• Comfortable engaging with business executives and engineers, acting as a liaison between both groups at the individual contributor and senior stakeholder level.

• Must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies governed by U.S. Export Administration Regulations.
