This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the go-to-market data model, which includes definitions for accounts, activated workspaces, and pipeline; manage version control, testing, documentation, and deployment.

• Design the entire self-serve funnel for Prefect Cloud and Dagster+, tracking the journey from initial visit to signup, activation, paid conversion, and expansion.

• Construct the sales funnel from source through MQL, SQL, pipeline, and closed won stages, incorporating stage conversion and velocity metrics using Salesforce data.

• Develop first-touch, last-touch, and multi-touch attribution models, ensuring all assumptions are well-documented.

• Analyze unit economics, including CAC and payback by channel and segment, LTV/CAC ratios, campaign and event ROI, as well as self-serve versus sales-assisted evaluations.

• Acquire and incorporate any missing spend data into the models.

• Deliver the reporting layer for two Omni instances, one for each product; experience with Looker is directly transferable.

• Assist in pipeline reviews, participate in the weekly funnel meeting, and contribute to board reporting.

• Collaborate with teams in marketing, sales, RevOps, and product management.

• Report directly to Gabriel Madureira, Chief Growth Officer.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of four years of experience in building analytics models using dbt in a cloud warehouse, with ownership of production, testing, CI, and version control.

• Proficient in SQL.

• Sufficient Python skills for API data pulls, spend data integration, and one-off enrichment tasks.

• Experience in creating and maintaining a semantic layer using Omni, Looker, or a similar platform.

• Direct experience collaborating with go-to-market teams on funnel conversion, attribution, and unit economics such as CAC, payback, and ROI.

• Familiarity with real CRM data from Salesforce or HubSpot.

• Prior knowledge of go-to-market systems like Salesforce, Amplitude, Segment, and HubSpot.

• Experience in a product-led or self-serve business model, focusing on activation, trial conversion, PQLs, and revenue based on usage.

• A background in engineering or data, with the capability to write code, read others' code, and deploy personal projects.

• Comfort with AI-native development environments.
