This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to satisfy reporting needs of business stakeholders.
• Convert intricate data into straightforward, actionable insights that align with business strategies.
• Assist with ad hoc analyses and contribute to decision-making based on data.
• Automate standard reporting processes and manage existing reports to ensure their reliability and enhance data workflows.
• Develop, design, and implement advanced dashboards using tools like Google Looker Studio, facilitating self-service analytics throughout the organization.
• Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and various stakeholders to guarantee data quality and consistency.
• Provide data-driven insights that inform supply-related business decisions.
• Effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Cultivate a data-driven culture within the organization, encouraging the integration of analytics into decision-making processes.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Strong expertise in SQL for complex data analysis, reporting, and querying extensive datasets.
• Experience with Google BigQuery.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Excel, or similar) for creating engaging dashboards and reports.
• Proficiency in Python is highly advantageous.
• Outstanding communication abilities.
• Capability to convert ambiguous business requirements from various stakeholders into analytical needs.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a capacity to work independently and manage projects from initiation to completion.
