This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Design, develop, and maintain analytics, reporting, and AI-driven solutions to facilitate business and client decision-making.
• Create and manage dashboards and reporting solutions utilizing AWS QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI, or comparable tools.
• Construct data transformation, analytics, and reporting pipelines with SQL, Python, and associated technologies.
• Examine complex datasets and convert business needs into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with business, product, engineering, and operations teams to deliver scalable analytics solutions.
• Ensure data integrity through validation, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis.
• Develop reusable data models, reporting standards, and automation frameworks.
• Utilize AI tools and automation technologies to enhance development speed, quality, and efficiency.
• Document solutions and provide support for production reporting environments.
• Over 6 years of experience in analytics engineering, business intelligence, data analytics, or related disciplines.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as AWS QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with Python for analytics or automation.
• Experience in handling structured and semi-structured data.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven experience collaborating across cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Amazon Q, Claude, ChatGPT, etc.).
• Experience in developing automation solutions using Python, APIs, AI frameworks, or workflow tools.
• Knowledge of Alteryx, AWS cloud services, or modern data platforms.
• Understanding of data governance, data quality, and compliance standards.
• Experience in supporting enterprise-scale analytics and reporting environments.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• Must possess work authorization in the Employing Country without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
• Successful completion of a background check, with checks determined by the specific position.
