πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Identify and propose high-value opportunities where data, analytics, or automation can enhance business outcomes.

β€’ Manage projects from start to finish, covering problem definition, implementation, adoption, and impact assessment.

β€’ Collaborate directly with stakeholders to grasp objectives, challenge assumptions, and develop solutions for ambiguous challenges.

β€’ Construct scalable, production-quality data models using dbt.

β€’ Create reusable data foundations and semantic-layer capabilities that support business intelligence, operational workflows, machine learning, and artificial intelligence applications.

β€’ Enhance data quality, consistency, and usability through modeling, testing, documentation, and metric governance.

β€’ Contribute to elevating the team's technical and analytical standards through thoughtful design and knowledge sharing.

β€’ Potentially develop canonical data models, refine the semantic layer, create dashboards and self-service analytics, build predictive models, activate data within operational workflows, and prototype AI agents.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ 5-7 years of experience in addressing complex business challenges with data in analytics engineering, data engineering, data science, analytics, or a related field.

β€’ Proven ability to independently identify opportunities and manage projects from concept to delivery and adoption.

β€’ Experience in directly partnering with business stakeholders and influencing the direction of projects and problem-solving approaches.

β€’ Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python.

β€’ Extensive experience with dbt and Snowflake, including the construction of clean, reusable data models.

β€’ Experience in governing and creating dashboards within business intelligence tools.

β€’ Familiarity with designing or working with semantic layers and governed metric definitions.

β€’ Knowledge of predictive modeling and machine learning concepts is a plus.

β€’ Experience with reverse ETL and data activation is a plus.

β€’ Background in front-end development and creating user-facing applications is a plus.
