This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with product managers, business teams, and colleagues in Data Science & Engineering to create metrics, develop analytical tools, and conduct analyses that support large-scale content media operations.
• Design and implement measurement frameworks that assess how innovations in GenAI-powered and other media creation enhance operational efficiency and creative adaptability.
• Direct work efforts and create solutions that range from basic code and prototype tools to high-profile dashboards and analyses for Business and Product & Tech leadership.
• Build and sustain partnerships with stakeholders in business, product, and data domains.
• Promote and advocate for data-driven methodologies in the workplace.
• Work alongside Analytics Engineers, Data Scientists, and Data Engineers to gather and model data regarding content production workflows.
• Enhance foundational data models.
• Discover methods to integrate insights that can refine creative decision-making throughout the content creation process.
• Contribute to steering the global media production strategy, pinpoint innovation opportunities, and evaluate the impact of innovative initiatives.
• Over 8 years of proven experience in data wrangling, analysis, metric visualization, and data storytelling directed at both technical and non-technical stakeholders in product and business domains.
• Proficient in SQL and Python.
• Skilled in intuitive dashboard and visualization design using popular data visualization tools such as Plotly and Streamlit.
• Competent in establishing measurement from scratch for new technologies.
• Exhibits curiosity and the ability to succeed with minimal supervision and structured processes.
• Exceptional skills in communication and collaboration.
• Strong business acumen.
• Capable of independently connecting various business challenges.
• Experience in cultivating and strengthening relationships with a diverse array of stakeholders.
• Experience working closely with executive leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to influence strategic decisions through data insights.
