Analytics Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop scalable dbt models and contextual information to facilitate self-service analytics.

• Collaborate on and enhance the core data infrastructure: Fivetran, dbt, BigQuery, and Hex.

• Integrate data from Salesforce, Stripe, Metronome, Postgres, and various other sources into the BigQuery warehouse.

• Create dashboards to monitor progress towards company objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Examine product usage and operational data to provide insights regarding customer health, adoption, and revenue.

• Cultivate and utilize a profound understanding of business metrics to foster alignment and informed decision-making.

• Empower business teams to identify issues, discover opportunities, and achieve success through data utilization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in a relevant field (analytics engineer, data engineer, or equivalent).

• Technical expertise in BigQuery, dbt, Hex, Fivetran, Segment (or comparable tools).

• Strong attention to detail.

• Capability to effectively synthesize findings.

• A curious mindset combined with a robust business acumen.

• Startup mindset with the ability to excel in dynamic, unstructured environments.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently without defined processes or supervision.

• Must indicate whether sponsorship will be necessary to legally work in the U.S.
