Senior Analyst, Technical Business Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Evaluate business needs and user specifications to develop actionable guidelines for AI and analytical solutions.

• Collaborate with client services, product, engineering, architecture, and partner teams to define project scope, requirements, data dependencies, and release schedules.

• Assess solution alternatives and trade-offs, considering business value, system impacts, feasibility, risk, and enterprise standards.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements, workflows, and acceptance criteria.

• Engage in backlog discussions and convert analytical requirements and enhancement requests into structured inputs.

• Enhance requirement methodologies, templates, and analysis practices to minimize rework and boost delivery reliability.

• Identify and rectify reporting defects, data inconsistencies, and dashboard issues through systematic analysis.

• Formulate strategies for leveraging RAG in business intelligence and analytics.

• Analyze user feedback to refine prompt structures and enhance the user experience between users and AI solutions.

• Work with teams to integrate API functionalities into existing systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, information systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience is required.

• At least 4 years of experience in technical business analysis, data analytics, solution design, or a similar field is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience with SQL and Python.

• At least 2 years of experience in DevOps.

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with GenAI / LLM-based applications.

• Demonstrated experience with REST APIs (FastAPI or Flask).

• Strong grasp of prompt engineering principles and practices.

• Familiarity with RAG concepts and their application in data retrieval.

• Knowledge of Azure Data Factory and Databricks is an advantage.

• Experience with PowerBI is a plus.

• Advanced ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Proven capability to deliver high-quality results on complex components and enhance delivery outcomes.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
