Senior Analyst, Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee and track the entire software development lifecycle.

• Create and manage schedules, roadmaps, and delivery timelines.

• Organize and prioritize tasks for the development team.

• Act as the main liaison among business, technology, and other stakeholders.

• Lead the functional and technical refinement of specifications with requesting teams.

• Ensure the quality and traceability of requirements.

• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and obstacles.

• Maintain and improve solution data models.

• Offer technical support to the team regarding architecture and solution decisions.

• Track performance indicators and ensure that commitments are fulfilled.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in roles such as Systems Analyst, Functional Analyst, Project Lead, or IT Project Manager.

• Demonstrated experience in leading critical or highly complex projects.

• Experience in managing and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

• Knowledge and practical application of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar).

• Familiarity with demand management tools, preferably Jira.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills when collaborating with business units and technical teams.

• Highly organized, deadline-oriented, and focused on results.

• Understanding of SQL for data analysis and validation (a plus).

• Familiarity with Java development (a plus).

• Knowledge of Angular (a plus).

• Experience in large-scale corporate settings (a plus).

• Background in digital transformation and modernization of legacy systems (a plus).
