Senior Analyst, Survey Programming, Data Scrubbing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the cleaning and scrubbing of survey data.

• Detect and eliminate duplicate, fraudulent, or subpar responses.

• Assess client specifications and quality standards.

• Provide guidance on data validation, quota management, and respondent quality assurance.

• Perform quality assurance checks to identify straight-lining, speeding, and other fraud indicators.

• Guarantee that data structures are clean, accurately formatted, and compliant with privacy regulations.

• Prepare data for delivery in formats such as SPSS, Excel, CSV, and others.

• Scrub or anonymize personally identifiable information (PII) in accordance with GDPR and other relevant regulations.

• Identify and address data quality challenges.

• Highlight anomalies and respondent flow issues during active fieldwork.

• Collaborate with Project Managers and client-side researchers.

• Provide updates on data delivery schedules.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in full-service project management or survey programming within a market research, panel, or data collection context.

• Advanced skills in major survey programming platforms such as Decipher, Qualtrics, Alchemer, or comparable ResTech tools.

• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Familiarity with Python or XML is a significant advantage.

• Outstanding analytical and quality assurance abilities.

• Proven history of delivering clean and error-free survey logic and data files.

• Extensive experience working with internal stakeholders and external clients.

• Ability to manage expectations, resolve technical inquiries, and ensure timely delivery.
