This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and assess supplier performance in relation to SLAs, KPIs, contractual obligations, and service expectations.
• Maintain supplier scorecards, dashboards, and performance reports.
• Organize supplier business reviews and present findings on performance, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Identify issues related to supplier performance, explore contributing factors, and suggest corrective measures.
• Monitor supplier corrective action plans and assist in ensuring timely resolutions.
• Analyze risks associated with external workforce and third-party engagements, including tenure, co-employment, access, supplier performance, and regulatory considerations.
• Evaluate risk indicators and propose mitigation strategies within governance frameworks.
• Resolve intricate supplier and external workforce challenges in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Ensure contractor and supplier compliance with policies, contractual agreements, regulatory standards, and company guidelines.
• Aid in the management of supplier and external workforce risk controls and governance processes.
• Assist with system access and control reviews for contractors, vendors, affiliated entities, regulators, and customer testers.
• Identify gaps in processes and controls and recommend enhancements.
• Act as a primary contact for matters related to supplier performance and compliance.
• Communicate performance expectations and address complex performance or service challenges with suppliers.
• Coordinate supplier activities in collaboration with Sourcing, Procurement, External Workforce Operations, and business stakeholders.
• Prepare and analyze reports on supplier performance, risk indicators, compliance metrics, and service trends.
• Convert performance and risk data into actionable insights.
• Develop materials for supplier reviews and internal governance discussions.
• Support management reporting and respond to ad hoc requests for supplier performance and risk analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 4–7 years of experience in supplier management, vendor management, procurement, third-party risk, external workforce operations, or a similar field.
• Experience working with external labor, contingent workforce, staffing, or other third-party service providers.
• Proficiency in analyzing supplier performance utilizing SLAs, KPIs, scorecards, or comparable performance metrics.
• Experience in identifying and resolving issues related to supplier performance, operations, compliance, or risk.
• Proven ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholder groups to meet business objectives.
• Strong understanding of supplier performance management and external workforce practices.
• Working knowledge of third-party risk, supplier governance, and compliance principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to identify trends and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to articulate complex issues and persuade internal and external stakeholders toward consensus.
• Ability to work independently within established policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities and complex challenges.
