Senior Analyst – Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee program integration services for the U.S. Coast Guard under the Chief of Staff.

• Manage the project lifecycle from initiation to completion.

• Leverage AI tools for data analysis, risk forecasting, and automated reporting to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

• Enhance resource management and strategic planning.

• Streamline collaboration and workflow automation tools, focusing on Microsoft SharePoint and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

• Interact with stakeholders and deliver training and support for new tools.

• Create strategic reports that identify deficiencies, propose enhancements, and outline execution plans for modernizing the organization's life-cycle processes.

• Assist the organization in adopting agile methodologies to deliver programs and services more efficiently.

• Formulate a plan for implementing new processes and perform annual evaluations to assess performance and highlight areas for continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree along with 4 years of relevant experience or 12 years of equivalent experience with 6 years in the specialty.

• Candidates must be U.S. citizens and possess an active Secret clearance.

• Demonstrated experience in a senior analyst or project management position, ideally within the federal government.

• Strong project management capabilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and the Power Platform.

• Knowledge of integrating AI tools for data analysis.

• Exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical abilities.
