Senior Analyst, Project Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Generate reports and actively track vendor performance against contractual obligations

• Organize and facilitate weekly performance discussions with vendors

• Advocate for vendor interests during conversations about system modifications and their effects on vendor performance

• Assess QuickBase for quality updates

• Analyze QuickBase data for trends and evaluate the need for additional training

• Organize and engage in training related to systems, processes, and procedures as required

• Identify gaps in processes or systems and suggest opportunities for improvement

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a relevant field, ideally in a CMA or CCR role

• Experience in management

• Excellent communication skills

• High School Diploma or its equivalent

• Leadership experience is preferred

• Experience in vendor management is preferred
