Senior Analyst, Pricing Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the analytical bridge between Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Finance to enhance the market presence in key growth sectors.

• Develop analytical and strategic frameworks that evaluate business opportunities and establish success metrics.

• Create operational and executive dashboards, reports, and tools to assess performance and initiatives while tracking the outcomes of recommendations.

• Construct data-driven models to determine and optimize drug pricing, ensuring a balance between pharmacy partner economics and patient access and affordability.

• Gain insights into business challenges and technologies, serving as a trusted advisor to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Collaborate with the data team to create backend data sources that support reporting and enhance query optimization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in an analytical position, working alongside various stakeholders.

• Demonstrated capability to organize and interpret data to unveil insights and opportunities.

• Proficient in SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Skills in dashboarding and data visualization tools (such as Tableau, Looker, etc.).

• Capacity to influence cross-functional partners by utilizing data and insights effectively.

• Experience in the healthcare sector, particularly within a Pharmacy Benefit Manager or Major Retail Pharmacy (preferred).

• Previous involvement with e-commerce and pricing analytics (advantageous).
