This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the data analytics leader and trusted advisor for one or more OEM clients.
• Utilize analytical expertise and industry knowledge to aid in automotive quality and warranty reduction decisions.
• Examine industry trends with advanced business intelligence tools like Palantir and Tableau.
• Conduct intricate data manipulation and create repeatable, scalable analyses.
• Convert complex data into clear and persuasive insights for client decision-making.
• Function as the primary customer success analyst for designated OEM clients.
• Assist clients in utilizing JD Power data and analytics to produce high-value insights.
• Spot opportunities and solutions that foster warranty benchmarking, reduction, and root cause analysis.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on U.S. automotive quality and warranty reduction.
• Generate comprehensive analyses of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and OEM warranty strategies.
• Lead client discussions, including onboarding and training for new product users.
• Create and present demonstrations showcasing the value of JD Power’s data and services.
• Share insights and recommendations with senior leadership and executive audiences.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive product planning, quality, product development, retail sales, reporting, consulting, or data and analytics roles.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze large, complex data sets and convert findings into actionable insights.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in crafting and delivering presentations to executive-level audiences.
• Strong interest and general understanding of trends within the automotive sector.
• Willingness to travel domestically in the U.S. for on-site consultations up to 60% of the time.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the country where employment is offered.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Palantir Foundry.
• Preferred: Master’s degree or higher.
• Preferred: Experience with Python, Spark, and SQL.
• Preferred: Experience integrating data sets from multiple sources, encompassing various dimensions and complexities.
