Senior Analyst, Marketing Strategy – Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assist in maintaining the operating cadence through daily metrics, business reviews, readout memos, and program management.

• Identify risks and opportunities proactively and work towards their resolution.

• Take ownership of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and forecasting activities.

• Create SQL/Tableau datasets and dashboards utilizing various data sources.

• Lead impactful special projects from opportunity identification to recommendation, execution, and iteration.

• Provide analysis and recommendations ready for stakeholders with a clear “so what” message.

• Leverage AI to automate repetitive reporting and analytical tasks.

• Develop tools and templates that are adopted by the wider team.

• Document processes, share frameworks, and assist in onboarding peers.

• Collaborate with Marketing as a resource for analytical and operational strategy, operations, and spending decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4+ years of experience in a mix of high-growth tech companies and/or management consulting.

• Preferred functional experience in operations, strategy, go-to-market, growth, or marketing/revenue operations within SaaS.

• Experience in conducting quantitative analyses and using AI tools for analytical work and reporting.

• Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce is preferred.

• Capability to break down complex, ambiguous problems into actionable plans and drive independent execution.

• Proficient in clearly communicating complex issues to senior leaders and analysts.
