This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Utilize data to derive insights related to trends, user experiences, and behaviors to enhance digital marketing, mobile, and social strategies.
• Synthesize customer and campaign data from diverse sources into coherent narratives that yield clear conclusions and actionable insights.
• Serve as the subject matter expert in digital analytics.
• Assess site usability and effectiveness, along with the monetization of media campaigns.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations derived from data results and best practices.
• Create visual representations of data in presentation decks and dashboards to offer comprehensive views of site user engagement.
• Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI or Tableau, incorporating Adobe Analytics and other data sources.
• Conduct in-depth analyses through case studies to bolster recommendations and aid in decision-making.
• Employ Agile Delivery methodologies to monitor user stories, estimate effort levels, and plan sprints.
• Evaluate web projects, A/B tests, multivariate tests, and ad hoc requests.
• Assist with tag management needs and documentation, including user acceptance testing and validation of web reporting.
• Collaborate with multiple vendors to fulfill analytics requirements and optimize project processes.
• Organize and prioritize the work queue while managing stakeholder expectations.
• Engage in discussions regarding analytics delivery reprioritization with stakeholders.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in web metrics and/or analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Analytics, particularly with Analysis Workspace, and Adobe Target.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Highly skilled in Excel, particularly in creating complex dashboards.
• Expert in PowerPoint, capable of designing analytics-based presentations and visualizations.
• Hands-on experience in analyzing, structuring, and interpreting substantial amounts of raw data into compelling visual narratives for business stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and swiftly adapt to changing and conflicting priorities while working independently.
• Eagerness to learn and assess new analytics technologies and stay updated on trends and tools.
• Experience in implementing analytics platforms, including web reporting tools and tag management software.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, along with client relationship management abilities.
• Competitive hourly compensation ranging from $50 to $60 per hour based on experience, with clear expectations and pay transparency.
• A non-exempt, billable-time role that offers consistent client exposure and the opportunity for approved overtime when project needs arise.
