• Act as a trusted advisor and collaborator within the Marketing department.
• Convert marketing process and system requirements into clear, actionable IT specifications.
• Develop and sustain relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Oversee discovery processes for intricate, multi-team projects.
• Facilitate workshops and alignment meetings that yield decisive outcomes.
• Foster cross-functional alignment amidst competing priorities.
• Guide peers on discovery processes, stakeholder engagement, and the quality of requirements.
• Refine and redefine problem statements while identifying root causes.
• Anticipate potential technical and business repercussions, highlighting associated risks.
• Align initiative requirements with broader organizational and domain priorities.
• Shape refinement and sprint planning for complex, multi-team initiatives.
• Ensure the quality of requirements throughout various initiatives.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination, ensuring coverage, quality, and comprehensiveness.
• Manage post-deployment validation and change management processes.
• Monitor adoption and identify issues until solutions function as intended.
• Maintain process maps, documentation, and the domain-level knowledge base.
• Design workflows assisted by AI, defining sequencing, inputs, outputs, and validation checkpoints.
• Keep an agent-readiness map updated and carry out periodic accuracy assessments for agents.
• Spot functional gaps and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations.
• Enhance BA team standards, templates, and toolkits.
• Participate in BA recruitment, onboarding, and community development.
• Strong understanding of IT business analysis fundamentals.
• Experience in requirements gathering.
• Proficient in systems thinking.
• Knowledge of SDLC/Agile delivery methodologies.
• Familiarity with the marketing domain.
• Experience with marketing technology (martech) systems.
• Understanding of data flows between marketing and CRM/CDP platforms.
• Knowledge of campaign and lead management process design.
• Familiarity with reporting and analytics infrastructure.
• Capability to lead discovery for intricate, multi-team projects.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and alignment sessions effectively.
• Skill in structuring complex, ambiguous business needs into actionable requirements.
• Proficient in leading UAT coordination across multiple teams and workstreams.
• Capability to manage process maps and documentation within a domain.
• Skill in designing multi-step AI-assisted workflows.
• Ability to define validation standards for AI-assisted outputs.
• Proficiency in conducting agent accuracy reviews and diagnosing root causes.
• Ability to contribute to the development of BA standards, templates, toolkits, hiring, onboarding, and community practice.
