Marketing Data Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Set up and manage Google Analytics along with other web analytics platforms.

• Develop and refine dashboards to assist stakeholders in tracking KPIs.

• Evaluate user behavior and the effectiveness of marketing channels to produce actionable insights.

• Resolve issues related to tracking and data collection.

• Perform ad hoc analyses and in-depth investigations to support product and marketing strategies.

• Oversee the planning, execution, and post-test analysis of A/B tests.

• Track performance metrics and establish alerts for significant anomalies.

• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to comprehend objectives and translate them into measurement strategies.

• Guide junior analysts in utilizing tools, best practices, and analytical methodologies.

• Report directly to the Director of Analytics.

• Work in conjunction with a junior analyst.

⛳️ Requirements

• A BA/BS degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, business, or a related field is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in web, marketing, or product analytics is required.

• Expertise in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI is required.

• Practical experience with Google Tag Manager or other tag management systems is required.

• A working knowledge of SQL.

• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets is required.

• Comfortable with troubleshooting tracking issues, debugging, and quality assurance.

• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• A working knowledge of an AUTOMOTIVE AGENCY and/or MARKETING AGENCY is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and tools like Google Optimize or Optimizely is highly preferred.

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, or Google App Script is a plus.

• The employee must reside within the Continental U.S.

• Preference for candidates in the Eastern or Central time zones.
