This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee cross-functional initiatives and manage projects with minimal oversight.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to design and uphold BigQuery data models for Performance Marketing.
• Establish foundational data models for automated reporting and future AI-driven self-service data exploration.
• Collect and document the data requirements for Performance Marketing.
• Convert business inquiries into technical specifications and prioritize tasks based on their impact on the business.
• Manage prioritized data model specifications throughout engineering sprint cycles.
• Act as the intermediary between the analytics/reporting needs of Performance Marketing and data engineering teams.
• Create and implement reporting solutions that analyze business functions, operations, and performance metrics.
• Address ad hoc data and reporting requests from Performance Marketing and Managed Services leadership.
• Ensure that deliverables adhere to high standards of quality, accuracy, and relevance.
• Mentor and train junior analysts.
• Provide guidance and troubleshooting support within and beyond the analyst team.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, or another quantitative discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• A minimum of 4 years in an analytical capacity.
• Proficient understanding of performance marketing metrics, including leads, clicks, conversion/click-through rates, cost-per-lead, and attribution.
• Capability to design reusable and scalable data structures instead of one-time reports.
• Familiarity with sprint-based delivery methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
• Ability to articulate clear technical requirements for data engineers.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across functions.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Strong quality control skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Suite, and SQL.
