Senior Analyst, GTM Systems & Tools

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist the Customer Engineering team in showcasing Wiz’s value to both potential and current customers.

• Collaborate on the Systems strategy and roadmap as a business partner for Customer Engineers.

• Develop a scalable, impactful technology strategy that promotes efficient, customer-centric processes.

• Cultivate cross-functional relationships, ensure coherence, prioritize innovation, and drive ongoing improvement.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify needs, address challenges, and prioritize requests.

• Manage systems project lifecycles from initiation to completion.

• Partner with GTM, IT, Procurement, BI, Product, and Development teams.

• Align GTM strategy with scalable technology.

• Balance an AI-enhanced future with current operational requirements.

• Eliminate silos among GTM teams through shared functionalities and role-based system contexts.

• Act as a pivotal GTM resource for best practices in technology scaling and industry standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Program Management, Product Management, or Business Systems roles.

• Demonstrated experience in managing GTM systems strategy, particularly focusing on Salesforce, BI, and agentic tools.

• Proven ability to document processes, design workflows, and manage projects with a structured, detail-oriented approach.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong familiarity with workflows in Customer Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Engineering (preferred).

• Willingness to co-design revenue systems alongside business and engineering teams (preferred).

• Enthusiasm for revenue technology and its application to enhance productivity (preferred).

• Openness to engage in both strategic and tactical execution (preferred).

• Capability to balance immediate needs with future visions, manage ambiguity, and develop processes for complex systems (preferred).

• Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
